We are now offering a monthly 3-week childbirth class series! This in-depth class walks you & your support person through the phases and stages of labor, pushing, birth, and placenta.
Learn about your options for an at-home or hospital birth, how to advocate for yourself, make informed decisions, relaxation and breathing techniques, optimal positions, and more! Space is limited!
Are you unable to attend our scheduled classes? Contact us to schedule a private childbirth class that fits your availability.
We recommend attending a childbirth class between 28-36 weeks.
