Meet Our Midwives & Team

Our Team

  • Hannah Beyer, LM CPM

Hannah is a full-time licensed CPM midwife with Earthside. Hannah enjoys all aspects of birth work, and excels at providing compassionate care for our clients! Hannah joined the Earthside team in February of 2025.

Hannah graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Midwifery with Mercy In Action College of Midwifery. The most recent 3 years she has been diligently serving the wonderful families that make up San Diego and Riverside county. Originally from Chicagoland, she prides herself in coming from a family full of chiropractors and a mother that gave birth to 5 of her 6 babies from the sacred comforts of her home, assisted by rallying midwives. In her free time she enjoys working out, cooking food and the arts.

  • Rebekah Ralph, Clinical Director and Midwife (LM CPM)

Rebekah is a Certified Professional Midwife. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Midwifery from Mercy in Action College of Midwifery and the seed that led to her choice to become a Midwife began when she had the privilege of attending the home birth of her cousin years ago. Rebekah was trained as a Midwife in both home and birth center settings across Colorado. She believes that the way babies come into this world matters, and she respects the sanctity of birth and aims to hold space in the birth room and beyond for women and their babies to work together, come forth and be changed for the better through the process. She sees the childbearing year as a holistic event that affects each person for the rest of their lives and aims to give clients knowledge to thrive and be nourished as they move forward from Midwifery care. Outside of her time spent as a Midwife, she also works as a Craniosacral Fascial Therapist, she is always learning and growing, and she spends lots of time in the kitchen and outside.

  • River Mizel, birth assist

    River Mizel, Student Midwife

    Nichole Kinkade, Office Manager

Nichole is originally from Colorado and brings a medical and military background to the Earthside team, including experience as an OB/GYN medical assistant and in emergency care. Her interest in maternal care began when she welcomed her first daughter and has stayed with her throughout raising two children and a full professional career.

Nichole has a passion for fitness and cooking outside of work and prefers to get her steps in on the treadmill rather than brave the Wyoming wind! She enjoys supporting women and families as part of the Earthside team.

She’s been a doula since age 16, a cultural storyteller, multidimensional creative, fashion show producer, historian, and lifelong striver of justice. • Allison Hayek

Allison has been a birth doula and small business owner for 5 years, and is a cofounder and CFO of Earthside Birth and Wellness Center. With a B.A. in Economics, Allison owns and operates a successful real estate business with her husband in Cheyenne. She brings financial management and administrative skills to the Earthside Team. Allison had a successful out-of-hospital birth experience in 2020, and hopes to bring the same opportunity to Wyoming families.
